Windows Movie Maker crashing

Hello I am trying to use Windows Movie Maker but it crashes all the time i
get this error message....It starts like this -

First Pop up screen comes up and it says "Windows Movie Maker has
encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the incovenience.
If you are in the middle of something, the information you were working on
might be lost. For more information about this error, click here.

Second Pop up screen after clicking on click here states - Error signature

Event Type: BEX P1: moviemk.exe P2: 2.03312.0 P3: 3e038613

P8: c0000409 P9: 00000000

I just don’t know what to do anymore I updated it and since then it crashes.
So please can somebody help me Thank you Lada
