how to fix my movie make it keeps closing down and sending me a er

movie maker when I open it it freezes then an error report comes up and says
its a nonresponsive program the error reports cotents are
c:\DOCUME~1\Owner\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER81c7.dir00\moviemk.exe.mdmp
C:\DOCUME~1\Owner\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER81c7.dir00\appcompat.txt
can any one PLEASE HELP ME thanks to every one out there that cares
