my movie maker wont work no matter what. i open it and it crashes straight
away, with the error message coming up. sometimes it doesnt crash until i try
n do something e.g. dragging a photo onto the timeline. then i have 2 end the
program cos its not responding & after that the error message comes up.
ive got all the details for it so i was wondering if u could help? thanks :)

this is the error report from when it crashes as soon as i load it:
AppName: moviemk.exe AppVer: 2.0.3312.0 ModName: qedit.dll
ModVer: 6.5.2600.2180 Offset: 0001b2af

and the file its sending with the error report:

this is the error report from when it doesnt crash straight away but if i do
anything it says "not responding":
szAppName : moviemk.exe szAppVer : 2.0.3312.0 szModName : hungapp
szModVer : offset : 00000000

And the files that it's sending with the error report:

I went on Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Event Viewer > Applications
and clicked on the link and got the info for it:

Product: Windows Operating System
Event ID: 1000
Source: Application Error
Version: 5.2
Message: Faulting application %1, version %2, faulting module %3, version
%4, fault address 0x%5.

The indicated program stopped unexpectedly. The message contains details on
which program and module stopped. A matching event with Event ID 1001 might
also appear in the event log. This matching event displays information about
the specific error that occurred.
