windows mail

I have vista, i my windows mail I have a email that can't be sent and can't
be deleted. Beuase of this email I can't send any email..but I can receive
them from other ppl.
 
What happens to a message you try to send, does it stay in the
Outbox, or does it go into the Sent Items folder?
If there is an accumulation of messages in the Outbox folder, open
the Outbox folder. Move as many of those messages as you can to
the Drafts folder. If any message can't be moved or deleted, apply this Microsoft fix:

Although that article only mentions Outbox, it works for all mail folders.
