Can I set an alarm on DeskTop for new message receiving ?

Windows Mail puts an envelope icon in the Notification Area when it receives
new mail. Of course it has to be running to do this.
 
You can change the New Mail notification sound to something more
alarming, if you want.
Control Panel, Sound, Sounds, New Mail Notification.

I wanna see a large envelope icon moving on Desktop as screen saver does.
I have seen it in a movie . Is it possible to set there ?

WinMail can't do that. You would need a third party program.
 
There is no provision in Windows Mail for that, and I'm not aware of any
third party add-on that would do that.
