I have been working with our broadband company and I have gone thru the help
on Windows Vista but I am still una ble to download my emails on this new
system. What trick am I missing?

No tricks involved. please provide any error messages that WM gives when you
attempt to get your mail, copy and paste them in to your reply.

Go to http://help.insightbb.com/outlook/remote_access.aspx

Check your settings against the ones described for Outlook Express, WM is
exactly the same in this regard.
Tools>accounts>select your account>properties.

If you still have problems get back to this thread, someone will help, (bed
time for me).
