Windows Mail, Vista

I can receive mail without a problem, but I can't send mail at all from
Windows Mail. I'm using Vista, and I believe all my settings are correct. My
email account is with 1and1.com. I'm at a total loss. Any help????

You can use either the POP method or the IMAP method. Don't get
them mixed up.

The instructions for Outlook Express should work under Windows
Mail also.
