Still cant send........

I get this message still after disableing my anti virus, shuting down and
restarting my comuter, deleting all out box, deleting my account, re doing
my account, and sending another message.
The connection to the server has failed. Subject 'nothing', Account:
'imap.1and1.com', Server: 'smtp.1and1.com', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25,
Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

Also, I send my message through my account but it puts it in the "local
folders"

Please do help work! I cant send anything!

Try Port 587 on the advanced tab of your account properties?
