I am new to windows mail vista 32 i cannot send emails through windows mail,
although I do receive them.. I get a message error smpt,
I have other 3 email addresses mozila thunderbird, yahoo, & g, mail which
operate no problems.

Your message isn't very clear. We often need complete error messages,
not just summaries of them, to offer much help. Click on your error message

These instructions were written for Outlook Express, but should also work
under Windows Mail if they don't call for the HTTP protocol.
