Help with windows mail

I am having a problem setting up yahoo! as my default email through windows
mail. i have a brand new compaq laptop thats running windows vista. i need
help finding the right smpt and pop3 code. i thought i had the right ones,
but i am unable to send mail. any help would be appreciated.

You will need to give us a bit more information.
Is your Yahoo account a free one or a paid one?
Are you located in the US or another country?
What server names have you tried?
Do you get an error message? If so, copy it and post it here.
