Not able to receive e-mail on palm pre

I get an error message when setting up e-mail on Palm Pre that I am unable to
send e-mails. I am able to send them without trouble. It says that I have an
error in my out going server. I have my smpt crrect, authentication is on,
port 25. Please let me now if nyone can help.
