Windows Mail Major Problem

Hi, I'm having a MAJOR PROBLEM with Windows Mail for the last two Days it's
been downloading the same messages even after I've deleted them. It's the
same messages over and over. And when it gets to the last message it just
keeps trying to download it but it never does. And I can't send or reply to
e-mails because it is always trying to download the last message. So far
today 3/13/08 I've deleted the same messages 233 times and that's just today.
The Problem just started 2 two days ago. Is anyone else having this
problem? So can anyone PLEASE HELP ME Please e-mail me at

There is a 'stuck' email on the server. Is this a Yahoo account?
If so, go to http://mail.yahoo.com in your browser, log in, then
delete the stuck message.
