Shut off your caps, it is considered shouting and is hard to read.
As far as your issue goes, disable your Anti Virus from scanning your emails by
uninstalling the Anti Virus and then re-installing it without the emails
integration(scanning) option
I am getting 18 of each email from many different senders. They are all
business accounts or website accounts that i use frequently and have for a
long time such as facebook and americangreetings.com. Also from my yahoo
usergroups.
You're getting exactly 18 copies of each new email? Or do you mean
that each time you check your mail it downloads the same messages again?
If the latter, that indicates a 'stuck' email on the server.
Log in via webmail (using your browser), sort the messages there by date,
delete all the older ones you already have downloaded, plus one more.
Try Windows Mail again.
In Windows Mail go to Tools, Accounts, and make sure you don't have
duplicate mail accounts. The only other possible cause might be
interference from a third party security program (antivirus, anti-spam, etc.).
