Windows mail blobking/Filters

Is there any way to turn off Windows mail from blocking my Formmail from
getting to me?
I have notice that Window email will send a email to the person trying to
send me a email saying Your email requires verification and they must reply
back in order for their mail to get to me. Now if it tries to do this with
formmail it is not going g to get a response there for refusing it to go to
my inbox.

Windows Mail doesn't do that. You must be using a third party
anti-spam service.
