Greetings...

Sometimes, when I put my Win XP SP2 computer to sleep (Standby), it wakes-up
moments afterwards. Event viewer reports the following...

Event Type: Information
Event Source: Service Control Manager
Event Category: None
Event ID: 7036

The Windows Image Acquisition (WIA) service entered the running state.

What on earth is WIA? I ask... AI !!!!!!

TIA, Simon
