Multi-user Cleanup Service

I have started to occassionally get the following in the event viewer:

"Event Type: Information
Event Source: Service Control Manager
Event Category: None
Event ID: 7036
Date: 11/7/2004
Time: 11:03:27
User: N/A
Computer: PC4
Description:
The Multi-user Cleanup Service service entered the running state."

this event occurs every 5 seconds until the PC is rebooted.

Any ideas why this is happening ?
