Constant Crashing

When opening a warcraft 3 .exe my computer crashes. If i change the
restoration settings i get a BSOD, which showed memory dump and gave a
irql_not_less_or_equal error. My event manager shows these two erros
everytime i crash:

Two of the error refer to your Asus Keyboard. What are your anti-virus
and anti-spyware arrangements? Do they both appear to be working
correctly?

I have a logitech G11 Keyboard. The only anti-virus software i am using
besides windows updates is AVG. Seems to be working fine.
