Windows & Internet Explorer Errors

Whenever I open Windows Explorer or Internet Explorer I
get this error:

"mirka1es.exe has encountered a problem and needs to
close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."

After I send the error report Explorer works fine, but
it's annoying and happens almost every time. Is there a
way to fix it?

I did a search on it with no results. I know it is not a valid windows file.
See if it shows up in msconfig. Click START--RUN and type: msconfig
Under the startup tab, see if the file is checked to load when windows boot.
If it is uncheck, then Apply and OK. Restart you computer. Also, have you
ran Spybot and/or Ad-Aware to see if you have spyware installed on your pc?
