Windows Internet Explorer error Cannot fine'file:///C:/ Make sure the pathe or Internet Address

I installed a web page editing program called Web Easy, played with a
couple of pages, didn't like the program so I deleted the page and
uninstalled the program.
Now every time I go to my computer and click on the C drive I get this
error message
Cannot find 'file:///C:/Spritee?FrameIndex_view.htm'. Make sure the
path or Internet address is correct. (This page was part of a frame
set)
I can click off of C drive to another location and when I click back
to C drive I get the message again.
I've cleared my history, cookies, rebooted, searched the registry for
the file name and deleted it. I've ran CCleaner and Registry Mechanic
and still am getting the message. Any ideas as to how I can stop this
problem.
Thanks

Yep, sorry forgot to mention that I tried that and it wouldn't go back
to a date before it was installed. Some one else told me to shut off
system restore and then turn it back on so that it would reset.
