Windows error message

Greetings- When I click on a link from a web page to play a sample for a song
- I see the file apparently being downloaded to my pc, and then I get an
error message that says" Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or
file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item". This
happens when I try to play the song that has a link for "Windows media
player" or for "Real player", both of which are installed on my pc. The blue
margin at the top of the error message displays "C:\Documents and
Settings....Temporary Internet files..."
I would appreciate any help!! thanks!

Try cleaning all of your Temporary Internet Files through Control Panel -
Internet Options - on the General Tab - click Delete Files. Also on the
Advanced tab in Internet Options - load the default settings by clicking
Restore Default button.

Hope this help, let us know!
