Rino,
Thanks for the feedback. FYI, the same procedure is mentioned in the KB articles I provided earlier.

Thanks Ramesh but it didn't work for me. This did fixed my problem:
Unregistered Windows Installer, and then reregister Windows Installer.
To do this, follow these steps:
1. On the "Start" menu, click "Run:.
2. In the "Open" box, type "msiexec /unreg", and then press ENTER.
3. On the "Start" menu, click "Run".
4. In the "Open" box, type "msiexec /regserver", and then press ENTER.

Click Start, Run, and type SERVICES.MSC. In the right pane, right-click Windows Installer, and then click Start. Also, set the
service "Startup Type" to Manual.

Help, I cannot install new program. This error message always come up:
The Windows Installer Service could not be accessed. This can occur if
you are running Windows in Safe Mode, or if the Windows Installer is not correctly installed.
I blame the later. How shall I correct it? Thanks In Advance!
