windows freezes

why do my windows freeze up, when on internet? sometimes
I have to press (esc) & it comes back, or I have to
reboot. what can I do to stop it happening?

Be sure that the PC case is well ventilated, on sides and in back, and
that all fans are working.

Seek out an updated video driver from the chip or card manufacturer's
WEBsite. If result are poor, ROLL BACK to the prior drivers. If you are
unfamiliar with this process it is best left to someone who is.

There is also no guarantee that it will solve your problem.
