Windows File Protection

Has anyone gotten the following error message? I have
tried to reinstall Windows XP 3 times and everything
seems okay until I download the automatic updates then I
get the error message again.

Windows File Protection:
Files that are required for Windows to run properly have
been replaced by unrecognized versions. To maintain
stability, Windows must restore the original versions of
these files. Insert your Windows XP Professional CD-ROM
now.
