Windows Explorer Shortcut

Greetings,

I've placed a shortcut on my desktop to open Windows Explorer. I've
added an argument to the Target property so that the Explorer window
expands the C: directory by default, thus:

%SystemRoot%\explorer.exe c:

However, the window opens without the Folders pane.

I wonder if there a way I could force the Folders pane to show when the
window opens? Suggestions?

you can also use: C:\windows\explorer.scf that opens directly into "Local
Disk (C" and not into My Documents
