Windows Explorer - refresh problem.

File list in the Windows Explorer folder is not refreshed after you create,
move, or delete files.
I'm looking for solution.
My OS: Windows XP SP2 full pathed.
I found : http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=823291 but it's very old, and
SP2 fix this issue, but it comes once again.
 
Aug 2007 is not very old.
Many problems which MS claims to have fixed in a service pack are not really
fixed so ignore that.

After reading the article I suggest that you follow the fix it talks about
(the reg edit)
it even states in the article that you will still need to do this if you
have sp2 installed.
modifing the registry is not as bad as people make it out to be just follow
the edit exactly.
