Windows Explorer Does Not Refresh View

When I create and name a new folder in Windows Explorer, this folder dose
not immediately reflect the correct name. Then I have to click Refresh on
the View menu, the folder name then appear correct. Also, when I move files
from one folder to another folder I still shows under first folder until I
refresh the view again then it shows that files has been moved. I am runing
Win xp sp2 Pro. Thanks for any ideas.

F5 is a much quicker refresh for windows, and the desktop.

This may be what you need:
