Files automatically arranging themselves by title

I have my Explorer folder settings set to be arranged by Name, and the
auto-arrange feature is enabled. But when I rename a file, it stays in
the old location in that folder, even after refreshing. It is only
when I go to the View menu, then choose arrange icons by name, that
the icons actually move to their proper alphabetical order. Is there
any way to get this to happen automatically?

BTW:

You may also quit renaming with a click on the refresh button.
