windows explorer problems

I recently installed sp2 on my pc and started getting problems at random
times usually when trying to open a folder. a box comes up saying windows
explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close, when i check the
details it mentions something like mode shell32.dll when i close that box i
get another box saying dr watson has encounterd an error, when i click
details on this it reads -

event type: BEX
P1: drwtsn32.exe

P9: 00000000

any ideas anyone?

i would remove sp2 if you can, then check your pc for
spyware,malware, trojans etc. if/when clean reinstall sp2.
