Can't open "My Computer"

Every time I try to open "My Computer" or any other folders I get this error:

"Dr Watson Postmortem Debugger hs encountered a problem and needs to close.
We are sorry for the inconvenience."

When I look at the error report, this is what it shows:

It also says that the error report will include these files:

C:\DOCUMEN~1\(My name)\LOCALS~1\Temp\WERf4cb.dir00\appcompat.txt

In Google there are a number of reports of similar problems with no
obvious solutions. However, are you using any programmes by Context
Magic?
