unable to right click desktop since SP2

Hi

I have installed SP2 and since then have been unable to
right-click on an icon on the desktop without some sort
of error coming up.

DrWatson message: EventType : BEX P1 :

DrWatson then conks out and needs to be stopped via the
task manager.

I would appreciate any help/advice

I've found an answer! Apparently there is a problem
between DIVx and SP2. The short term answer (from DIVx)
is to change the 'noexecute' parameter in boot.ini
to 'execute' - seems to work for me
