DrWatson PostMortem Debugger encountered a problem, needs to close

Sometime when my IE is up a window appears that says Dr. Watson Post Mortem
Debugger encountered problem needs to close, why does this happen? Can it
stop appearing and can you make it not do this anymore.? Please!!!???the

yea well post mortium debugger is just supposed to tell you IE crashed
but it crashes too.. this is usually spyware, and this fixes it every
time i ran in to it - click start, run, put in inetcpl.cpl that opens up
internet properties, then go to the advanced tab and uncheck enable
third party browser extensions
