Windows Explorer Problem

My flopy, CDs and Drives are shown as folders. Also, my PC
is getting slow and CPU Usage is 100%. Only I can do is
CTRL+ALT+DEL and kill explorer.exe. Anybody helps me?

Hi people
I found the reason for problem thet I previously
described:
the reason was application inc. beetwen win explorer
and "Incinerator" (part of System Mechanic).
When I removed "Incinerator" my "problem" dissapeared.
