Windows explorer error

Hi everybody,
When I try to double click on my computer icon on the deskto or Internet
explorer the following message displays:

Windows explorer has encountere a problem and need to close.

When I viewed the error detail it shows:

AppName: explorer.exe AppVer:6.0.2900.2180 ModName:helper100.dll
ModVer:0.0.0.0 offset:0006fbe1

Please help.

Appears to be a parasite of some sort, use these programs to clean the
system:

Adaware www.lavasoft.de
Spybot www.safer-networking.org
