Windows Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close.

I keep getting the message ''Windows Explorer has encountered a problem and
needs to close''. We are sorry for the inconvenience. This happens when I
open just about any program. The error report reads :

AppName: explorer.exe AppVer: 6.0.2900.2180 ModName: trustincontext.dll
ModVer: 1.0.0.1 Offset: 00002b24

I noticed this never comes up when I am using Internet Explorer or Firefox,
it only happens when I open documents or other programs.

If you had Googled "trustincontext.dll" you would have found that it is a malware program and lots
of information on how to remove it.
