Windows e mail problems

The e mail was working ok but now everytime I try to reply to an e mail I get
a miniature box and have tro expand it all the time....can I rectify this?

After you start a reply, click on the edges of the box and pull them as far
apart
as you want. Finish the reply with it still this large, and it should start
opening
that size.
