why won't full e-mail message open?

When clicking on an e-mail message to read, only a small window will open to
read it. Somehow my settings must have gotten changed and I don't know how
to re-set them. I have tried looking in Tools/Options/Read but I still can't
find the correct setting to select so I don't have to keep expanding the
e-mail to read it. It seems like a small thing, but when you're trying to go
thru a lot of e-mail messages, it's time consuming to have to expand each
e-mail, especially when replying to a message.

I would appreciate anyone's help & advice. Thank you!

Any window you want to resize permanently must be the /last/ window
closed.

Grab the corners of the window and drag it to full screen size. Do not use
Maximize. Close all other windows first via the Taskbar and this one last.
Windows will remember the *last* screen size used the next time you open
the program.
