Windows doesn't start after upgrading XP Home to XP prof.(w/ SP2)

Hi, I am really struck here...I upgraded my XP Home edition to XP
professional install(w/ bundled SP2). Everything went ok..but at last stage
after the reboot the computer is stuck at start options...safe mode..Safe
with networking...

I tried all options. NO luck.

Any suggestion.

Did you run Spyware removal before doing the upgrade?
