Windows Defender

When I boot my computer and also when I browse the Internet, I get a window
that pops up almost constantly. This is a Windows Defender window that
states:

A system change was made by a known application.

Change Type : Application Execution
Application : C:\Program Files\Bonjour\mdnsNSP.dll

How can I stop this window from popping up all of the time?

Ken,

Go to:
Tools -> Options
Scroll down the page to:

"Choose if Windows Defender should notify you about:"
UnCheck
"Changes made to your computer by software that is permitted to run"

?:)

Tim,

I clicked on Tools and then Internet Options and I got an Internet Options
window that has several tabs including General, Security, Privacy, Content,
Connections, Programs, and Advanced. Which tab do I go to? I didn't see the
"choose if Windows Defender should notify you about". I use Windows Vista.

Thanks,

Ken

Ken,

You want to take the aforementioned actions in ->Windows Defender<-, NOT
from your web browser.

Open the WD GUI and then follow the instructions.
