windows defender will not turn on

help my windows defender isnt turned on and when i try this comes up minutes
later: encountered error 0x800106ba.idk what to do.

What antivirus software have you installed or updated since this worked
properly?

Do a FULL scan with MalwaÑeBytes' and SUPERAntiSpywaÑe.
