Windows Defender was unable to complete the update

Hi

I have an issue with the updates, I get the following message in the system
tray:

Windows Defender was unable to complete the update: 0X80070005. Access is
denied

I found an article saying to run: Msiexec /x
{A5CC2A09-E9D3-49EC-923D-03874BBD4C2C} but this hasn't worked

Any ideas?
