windows can't find path

My boys & husbun always mess up the computers and the only time i get them
is when they need to be fixed and then this is the time i get to be on and
it''s no fun for me work and no play help Ms.Dee

Sounds like somebody deleted files they should have left alone.

If the PC still boots, take it back to a restore point where everything
worked. Then set up your husband and son as low privilege users and deny
them access to modify any files in the Windows directory and other places
they can do damage.
