windows can't find delfolders.exe

I boot up the computer, and get this little error.
Windows can't find: c:\windows\system32\tools\delfolders.exe Click start
then search.
When I search, search dosen't find the file. I went into
c:\windows\system32\tools folder and it is emty. Can I restore the file
using the windowsxp cd disk? I tried a system restore and the computer
couldn't be restored.

A google search shows this file is from spyware.

Get Adaware and Spybot and clean your system immediately.

After I posted this message, I done a google search and discovered that out.
I read a few posts on the subject and fixed the problem. No more spyware...
