Get a Caution notice on XP boot that reads
"C:\Windows\System\Tools\DelFolders.exe" is missing. Is there a way to
restore without a complete reinstall? Am unable to loacate the the dydtem CD
or on a companion system.

This may explain Delfolders.exe

Whatever placed it there, whether a mb install, or a virus/spyware since
removed by your a/v software, the attempted program startup can be
prevented by running:

- msconfig, startup tab, deselect the program.

- regedit, search for the file and delete its entry. (more dangerous,
but permanent.)

Do a search for a file called Reboot.exe. When it finds it, rightclick it
and send it to the Recycle Bin. Reboot your PC and see if the problem
persists. If no more errors show, you have solved the problem. Leave
the reboot.exe in the Recycle Bin for about a week before deleting it.
Note: DelFolders.exe is NOT a WindowsXP system file. It looks like
you got some malware with some other app.
