delfolders.exe

I have this nasty little error message when I start my machine. It reads
"Windows cannot find 'C:\WINDOWS\System32\Tools\DelFolders.exe'. There is
only one button to click, and that is 'OK'. I click it and then windows
starts normally. I perform vrus scans and spyware scans daily and I use a
firewall. I've done searches on microsofts support website and found
nothing. I've also done a google search but nobody has any answers for me.
How can I get rid of this error message??
