Hi Lavert, Google might have been faster. Here one example from Google:

- Start / Programms / Autostart - look and remove when found

- Start / execute / <msconfig> - look and remove when found

Hi Lavert,

You did a clean install and that came up? Weird, as that's not a Windows
file or folder and is more likely to be a virus or trojan of some sort.
Check the run keys in the registry for a reference to it and delete it.

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Shared Tools\MSConfig\startupreg

Or possibly it is a shortcut in a startup folder:

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Start Menu\Programs\Startup

Thank all of you for your response. The problem was solved by copying the
file DelFolders.exe from the motherboard software to
C:WINDOWS\System32\Tools. Thanks again.
