How to get rid of "delfolders.exe". Comes up right before Windows completes
booting up. Deleted it in the registery, but keeps coming up. Thanks in

Try this, create an empty text file, save it as
C:\windows\system32\tools\delfolders.exe
Or if you can locate the file on your mainboard driver CD, copy it
over to the system32\tools folder.
