Missing File

At start up using Windows XP I get a message
saying "Cannot Find
C:\windows\system32\tools\DelFolders.exe"
After clicking ok my desk top appears and everything else
seems normal.
How can I get rid of this missing file message?

You need to find out what program is trying to locate the
file. See if you can ID the program using msconfig from
the run command in the start menu. Select far right tab
titled startup, this is a list of all the programs that
start when your computer does.
