DelFolder.exe error

After doing a clean install of XP Pro I get ' Cannot find
'C\Windows\system32\tools\DelFolders.exe' and it tells me to check the
spelling etc. Can smeone tell me what this means and why it's coming up and
what can I do to fix it. It comes up at every boot. Thanks

Please help us help you, tell us what version of windows you have and what
Type of Machine you got?.

First, try to clean up your caches, Internet files and delete cookies
by doing this:
Click Start >> Control Panel >> Double click Network and Internet
Connections >> Double click Internet Options.
On the IE properties windows you will see these Tabs:
General | Security | Privacy | Content | Connections | Programs |
Advanced
Under General Tab clear your History, Internet Files and Cookies.
Then click on Advanced tab and scroll down to under the Browsing Option:
[&] Browsing
[ ] Enable Third-Party browser extensions (Req Rest) uncheck this box.
Then click on Programs Tab and click Manage Add-Ons and Disable all non
Verified Add-Ons (You should Renable them later one-by-one and see the
culprit and update it or remove it.

Run Disk Cleanup and Defrag in safe Mode, then open a run command and type in:
sfc /scannow click [OK] you may will need your XP CD installation Disk!.

*** Please create a Restore Point before proceeding with next step******
If the above did n't help, open a Notepad and type " Dell" in it then Save
it as :
DelFolder.exe on your Desktop, close the Notepad then go to the Desktop and
right click on the DelFolder.exe and select Copy.
Open Windows Explorer and locate this path:
C:\Windows\System32\Tools Right click on Tools and select paste command to
copy the DelFolder.exe to it, close the Windows Explorer and Reboot your
machine.
