WIndows cannot update your roaming profile

WIndows cannot update your roaming profile. Contact your
netwrok administrator and this appears in the in the
application event log as a
Userenv Event ID 1000. there is additional text as
follows; DETAIL - The network BIOS command limit has been
reached

CaN ANYBODY HELP

Check permission on folders there locate roaming profile.
Users must have FULL control on this folder.

Hi Sergey, i have tried that and also looked at Knowledge
base article 810886 and that doesnt apply, any ideas?
