Windows 98 & Windows XP Media Edition

I have an older computer at home with Windows 98 & Office Professional 2000
installed. On my new computer, I have Windows XP Media Edition with Office
Professional 2003. Problem I could use help with....the Office docs (Word,
Excel, etcc...) created with Windows 98/Office 2000 won't open on my new
computer. Any advice?

This should work without any problem? What happens when you do try to open one of these files? Are you transferring the files to the new system and trying to open them from there, or did you install the hard drive from th old system and you are trying to open the files from the old hard drive? Any error messages or...?

Please help us to help you. What does "won't open on my new computer" mean?
What happens when you try? If you get an error message, please quote it
